For more than a dozen years, Ralph III conducted a ceiling cleaning business. In 2009 he joined the management of a small janitorial company. August 2015, he again established an independent business. The return to full control of the reins has created a fabulous opportunity to take his large set of technical knowledge and his treasured set of values passed down from Ralph Jr and Ralph Sr to accomplish the goal of exemplary service.

Ralph III was born and raised in Mattoon, Illinois–as were Ralph Jr and Ralph Sr. Being from a small town fosters values of reliability and commitment to community. Currently he lives in Champaign but his hometown spirit stays with him. As a helper with overall organization, paperwork and positive attitude, his wife, Rita, teaches 7th and 8th grade children in a Champaign school.
